1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ck444 log website and its associated services. "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "Account" means the member's personal profile through which they access services. "Bet" refers to any gaming activity including slots, live casino, sports betting, or other games. "Bonus" refers to promotional benefits provided by the platform.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposit and Withdrawal

The payment method and name used at the time of deposit must match the member's account details. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled and returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Any active wagering requirements on the account must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.3 Verification Process

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ck444 log offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is the bonus amount × 10. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

• A bonus is not cash — it is a benefit that can be earned through betting.
• Only the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If any misuse of a bonus is detected, the related bonus and winnings may be cancelled.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — expired bonuses cannot be used.

4.3 Promotion Changes

ck444 log reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any ongoing promotion at any time. If promotion terms change, a notice will be published on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

ck444 log offers various types of gaming including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read those rules before starting a game.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet or game session is left incomplete due to a technical error, it will be automatically considered void and the related funds will be returned.

5.3 Technical Issues

ck444 log is not liable if a bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue. However, if such an interruption occurs due to a server problem, the related funds will be returned.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The ck444 log VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Moving up to a higher tier depends on the member's regular gaming activity.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by ck444 log

ck444 log may temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account without prior notice due to a breach of rules, suspected fraud, or security-related reasons. The reason for suspension will be investigated and the member will be informed once the investigation is complete.

7.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. After the closure request is received, any outstanding balance will be verified and returned, though any active bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

ck444 log may take action on long-inactive accounts in accordance with its own policy. Members with inactive accounts will be contacted in advance.
